As Line Leader in our Production team, you'll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. You'll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes. Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you'll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.

There's also a good chance that your lamb chops came from this site in Scotland. Operating five days a week, our Turriff manufacturing facility covers 150,000 square feet on seven acres of land. At our cattle and sheep processing site, our 300+ colleagues supply beef and lamb to Farmers Boy and external businesses such as Birds Eye. We also source Scottish livestock for our Scottish stores.
