We are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator, to join our Contract and Bid Management team, reporting to the Head of Bids and Contract administration. This role would be based at our Whitley, Yorkshire office working on a hybrid basis. What will you be doing in this role? As a Contract Administrator at Tunstall, you'll be responsible for the management, tracking, updating, distribution and system entry of all new and existing agreements, contracts, amendments and addenda. In addition, you will act as the interface between Tunstall and the customer and take responsibility for assuring the timely distribution and completion of all necessary paperwork. The Ideal candidate: To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of working in a commercial business in an administrative role and have strong IT skills (MS Office, Word, Excel). The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the wider team and business. You will have a high attention to detail, be proactive and methodical in your approach with focus on delivering to required timescales and quality. Some of your key tasks will be Coordinating day-to-day administration of customer accounts and contracts, Ensuring that the contract information is accurate and current, Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of all customer contracts, Reporting to management details of all contracts due for renewal or retender, Documenting and reviewing contract terms and conditions, Assisting in the preparation of client and subcontractor contracts, Ensuring timely and accurate contract approval, Submitting contracts to the appropriate authorities, Performing document reviews, Researching and resolving contract issues. Key skills and experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within a commercial business, Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders, Articulate and numerate, Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Methodical approach to planning and good organisation skills able to manage multiple tasks and meet strict timescales, Proactive and collaborative approach to work, Demonstrable experience of delivering a great service to internal and external customers, High attention to detail. Desirable skills, experience and competencies : Knowledge of the telecare, health technology, medical device, SaaS or service & maintenance industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
