You will be conscientious, willing to learn new skills, fit and motivated, and keen to work as part of a team. Experience of working with children/adults with learning difficulties or in a care environment is useful, although a desire to improve the life outcomes for our young people is most important and full training will be provided. The role includes working with young people with challenging behaviour, so physical and emotional resilience is required.
