Housekeeping Assistant Salary: £17,894.40.Hours: 30 hours per week,Monday to Friday, 1pm to 7pm (including occasional weekends)Location: ellenor, Coldharbour road, DA11 7HQ We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Assistant, with a background in facilities and housekeeping to join our team. You will be contributing to the well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.ellenor is a hospice charity in Gravesend providing palliative and end-of-life care within the local community. Key Responsibilities of the role include:Ensure the housekeeping team delivers services in line with ellenor’s standards, policies, and procedures, supporting a clean and safe environment for staff, patients and visitors.Monitor and evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, addressing any issues promptly.Oversee housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient use and compliance with health and safety regulations.Essential Requirements:A good understanding of housekeeping, particularly within healthcare or charity environments.Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads efficiently.
