Keeping Digital CIC are recruiting for a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to deliver digital marketing campaigns to drive income from the general public and to promote awareness of Keeping Digital Foundation services.
We are Yorkshire's leading digital inclusion charitable organisation, providing a range of support services for local residents with the aim to bridge the digital divide.
* Nearly 1 in 5 adults lack the most basic digital skills needed for everyday life
* Over 1 in 20 households have no internet access, neither fixed line nor mobile
* 2 million households struggle with affordability of internet access
The Role.
* Lead and manage the digital marketing team - supporting our volunteer marketing team
* Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy to align with our income goals and income growth plan.
* Manage the digital marketing budget across all services and propositions to maximise the investment in paid digital activity.
* Manage all digital marketing campaigns and work with other teams to produce compelling fundraising content.
* Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic to acquire new supporters, customers, leads and service users.
* Analyse collective digital performance and identify opportunities to optimise and improve ROI.
* Work with the planning team and other members of the digital team to develop digital income generating products and projects to generate support from identified audiences.
* Manage relationships with external agencies.
* Implement analytic tracking tools in collaboration with the Digital Analyst.
Requirements.
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar role.
* Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM and CRO.
* Exceptional understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
* Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, Hotjar etc.)
* Skills and experience in creative content writing.
* Sound knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimisation.
* Familiarity with SEO / SEM and CRM software.
Hours.
37.5 hours a week (full-time)
Salary:
£45,500 per annum.
Location.
Hybrid. We encourage you to work from our Monks Cross, York Office at least once a week.
