We are recruiting for a Catering Manager for our well established client in Warrington WA1. Contract: Temp ongoing - full-time hours Hours: Monday - Friday Pay Rate: £18.46ph Duties: Lead the kitchen to deliver effective service of the menus. You will be required to support with the catering team in delivery of quality food service and customer service. Maintain effective and consistent food offer, manage budgets while developing the team in catering provision and food service. Ensuring that all cleaning and hygiene tasks are actioned in accordance of health and safety policy. Ability to produce menus, manage purchasing and assist the catering manager with weekly stocktake and bookwork. Supporting colleagues with training and coaching. Managing rotas, budgets, stock levels.
