You have a startup mindset and a genuine interest in web marketing and e-commerce. The E-commerce Content Assistant’s mission is to drive continuous improvement to our website, considering catalogue, conversion, and user perspectives.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
* Upload and update content to product pages and website at large
* Liaise daily with the Ecommerce Product Manager to manage the enrichment of our website pages
* Work autonomously to meet launch milestones and respond proactively to unforeseen challenges
* Enhance Excel exports to facilitate updating prices, product descriptions, and additional assets
* Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that product imagery and visual assets meet brand standards and enhance the user experience
* Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
* Assist in the creation of compelling product descriptions, feature lists, and other copywriting tasks to highlight the product catalogue
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce content management
Candidates Requirements:
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English and/or French
* High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
* A positive attitude, good initiative, and enterprise
* Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
* Problem-solver and a self-starter, with a track record of taking own initiative
* +1-year Experience working in Content Management Systems such as Storyblok, Contentful, WordPress or similar
* +1-year Experience working in E-commerce systems like Centra, Shopify, Magento or similar
* Strong level of competence with Microsoft Suite, Jira and Canva
