Our client is looking for a Marine HSEQ Superintendent for a permanent role, based in Aberdeen.
ROLE
The role will support the company's HSEQ and Marine activities as directed by the HSEQ Manager and Chief Operating Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure all documents coming into and out of the business are controlled and documented.
2. Raise purchase orders for both reimbursable and non-reimbursable products when required.
3. Generate document control reports as required.
4. Prevent damage or deterioration of documents.
5. Maintain hard copies of project certification including material certification, goods received notes, etc.
6. Adhere to Document Pack delivery dates as specified by the Client.
7. Input document data into electronic and hard-copy systems.
8. Produce reports for management meetings as required.
9. Compliance with the HSEQ Integrated Management System.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Sage, Monday Planning, Procurement, and Invoicing).
2. Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
3. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
4. Communication skills - written and verbal.
5. Planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
6. Information gathering and information monitoring.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork.
