Job Title: HR Administrator (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £25,456
Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic organisation in Wolverhampton, seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will join a welcoming and friendly team of HR professionals, serving as the primary point of contact for routine employment queries. The successful candidate will handle recruitment activities, manage updates to the HR/Payroll system, produce contracts of employment, and undertake various other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare contracts of employment for new hires and manage monthly payroll changes
* Monitor and track sickness, documenting outcomes
* Ensure staff compliance with the latest legislation
* Serve as the first point of contact for managers and staff regarding routine matters
* Oversee recruitment documentation
* Maintain accurate data in the system
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant is required
* CIPD qualification is desirable
* Excellent telephone manner and skill in handling both telephone and in-person enquiries are essential
* Experience using an HR/Payroll database
* Basic knowledge of employment law
* Understanding of the recruitment process
