This is a 6-7 month fixed-term contract until August/September 2025. We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR Manager. This is an urgent requirement, and you must be able to start immediately and commit to the length of the contract without taking annual leave in June and July when it is the peak time for the organisation.
HR Administrator Responsibilities
* Handling all day-to-day HR administration including maintenance of employee records and utilisation of HRIS for report generation and data accuracy
* Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing accurate and efficient responses
* Supporting with onboarding and offboarding
* Implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes
* Supporting the planning and delivery of HR events and initiatives

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. You will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week with 2 days a week working at home. Interviews will consist of an initial online interview to assess culture fit, followed by a 2nd technical competency interview in person at the office.

HR Administrator Experience
The ideal person will have previous HR administration experience, particularly with onboarding and offboarding, and have experience using HRIS systems. You will need to be able to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently, supporting the HR Manager and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries relating to HR. You must be detail-oriented, organised, and able to work as part of a team while handling confidential information. You must have UK-based HR experience and a full understanding of UK employment and recruitment law.
