Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Property Maintenance Coordinator located in Norwich. The Property Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, coordinating schedules with contractors, and ensuring properties meet the required standards.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Certifications or training in property maintenance is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
