Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate
A fantastic opportunity for a senior commercial disputes Solicitor to lead and further develop a team with this fast growing professional services firm in Manchester. This role would suit someone already practicing at Director level or a driven Senior Associate who is looking for a challenging role with prospects.
The Role
- Working with this professional services firm, which consists of a dynamic team of experts, operating nationally
- Based in the legal team, which is headed by lawyers with an excellent reputation
- Hybrid role between in-house work and external legal work, this offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a client facing role with business development opportunities, but without the pressure on billing targets
- Lead and further develop the dispute resolution team, which has a strong pipeline of work
- Managing your own caseload of technical and complex litigation to include advising on legal and commercial aspects of a wide range of business related disputes such as shareholder/partnership/director disputes, breach of contract and warranty claims, business contract and supply chain issues and all financial conflicts.
- Managing a small, existing team and be instrumental in recruiting and growing the team in line with firm and group projections.
