The Humber Teaching NHS Trust is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals with mental health issues, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health care.
* Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
* Provide support, guidance, and education to patients and their families.
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with NHS standards.
Qualifications:
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
* Minimum of 6 months experience in an NHS setting.
* Must reside in the UK.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
