What to Expect
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute a comprehensive executive recruitment strategy aligned with the organisation's growth plans and talent needs.
* Manage end-to-end senior recruitment processes, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Build and nurture relationships with key external search partners to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team and HR to understand talent requirements and ensure a strategic approach to executive-level hiring.
* Work proactively within the market to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging markets and understand the technological changes affecting our industry.
* Benchmark the market with regard to compensation and total reward and advise the business on our strategic positioning within this.
* Keep up to date with the global market for talent, emerging talent pools and our competitors for talent.
* Create Talent Pipelines across all senior levels of the business to ensure that strategic networks are developed and nurtured.
* Provide exceptional candidate care at all stages of the process.
What You'll Bring
* A minimum of 10 years proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5 of these in executive recruitment.
* Preferably degree educated; CIPD within HR or Business is advantageous, or equivalent experience within business.
* Search and selection experience is advantageous, as is a mix of in-house and agency recruitment at senior levels.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven record of dealing with Executive Directors.
* Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
* In-depth knowledge of executive search methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and industry best practices.
* Strategic mindset and the ability to align recruitment initiatives with broader business goals.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organizational environment.
* Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
* High levels of resilience.
* Flexibility in relation to hours to accommodate communication with senior candidates, many of whom will be overseas.
* Ability to be in Woking based 5 days a week.
