The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. To be a functional expert for Oracle HCM, providing the Technology point of contact for People & Transformation business leads
2. Ability to work with IT, suppliers and other partners to help deploy People applications. This includes discovery, design, system testing and UAT
3. Work with IT, suppliers and other partners to ensure effective deployment to the business, with the employee experience at the forefront
4. Build strong relationships across People & Transformation
5. Experience of having delivered business strategies and requirements
6. Extensive experience of managing demands (incoming and outgoing) from different teams across the business and in a challenging environment
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
7. previous experience reviewing releases improvements from Oracle HCM, working with the Technology integrator team to identify which optional improvements should be implemented and to evaluate the impacts of universal upgrades to ensure that the business is prepared for these changes
8. Experience of working in a Joint Venture, Merger or Acquisition environment
9. Experience of having delivered HRIS transformation
10. Experience of having delivered a specific cloud module
11. Work with Process Excellence and Digitalisation teams to maximise the technology experience
12. CRM/ERP platform experience
