Your key responsibilities:
* Managing orders, quotations, enquiries, and complaints with precision.
* Coordinating RFQs and tenders, ensuring timely and competitive proposals.
* Using CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Providing top-notch post-sale support and general office administration.
* Collaborating with technical sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
* Experience with export control & international sales processes (a plus!).
* A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
* Confident telephone manner and ability to build customer rapport.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
