A day in the life of…
As a Cook/Kitchen Assistant, you will work with our experienced kitchen team to prepare delicious meals for our guests, following brand and company standards. Our Kitchen Team is passionate about food and takes pride in each dish served.
Based at the Mercure York Fairfield Manor, you will join a friendly team committed to quality culinary skills without overworking. You will work alongside chefs eager to share their expertise and support your culinary career development.
What do we need from you?
To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and embody our brand standards. While Food Safety Level 2 certification is required (which we will provide onsite), full training on dish preparation and service will be given. We value personality and a flair for hospitality, as we believe these qualities are key to success.
