As a Hire Coordinator based in Haydock you’ll be responsible for:
1. Day-to-day management of hire contracts ensuring all hire items are delivered, collected, or exchanged on time
2. Liaising with the site engineering team to ensure all hire equipment is serviced and repaired in a timely manner
3. Assisting in the planning of deliveries and collections with the Operations Managers
4. Promoting product groups and upselling as well as engaging in curtesy sales calls
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between –

5. Strong organisational skills. You will need to manage multiple customers and hires at the same time
6. Previous administration and customer service experience is essential
7. Previous experience in a hire role or a coordinator role is desirable
8. To be able to work well across multiple teams internally and provide exceptional customer service
