As a Technical Services Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support, setting and maintaining engineering standards, technical files, engineer mentoring and training.

Experience from within the water industry is preferable; knowledgeable in wastewater treatment or engineering delivery processes. However, what matters most is your enthusiasm to contribute to a make a difference to providing a responsive approach to wastewater treatment solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
9. Provide effective technical and process support to all levels of the Group on/off site and to clients
10. Provide technical assistance and review of non-routine jobs prior to handing over to the workshop.
11. Assist with equipment specification and preparation for projects.
12. Ensure that documentation and technical files are completed and up to date; which includes Preparation of documents such as SOP’s, operational and maintenance manuals, Commissioning plans, technical bulletins, for both standard kit and projects.
13. Actively assist with the development and implementation of technical training plans for new engineers, sales and external agents/customers.
14. Grear delivery of standard working practices.
15. Assist with the development of video tutorials and Standard working practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
16. Engineering qualified (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental). HNC or above.
17. Experience in technical writing, with a focus on creating SOPs, RAMS, Commissioning Plans, Technical Bulletins, and O&M manuals in the water treatment or related industry (desirable).
18. Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
19. Basic understanding of ISO 14001 and 9001:2015 standards and appropriate Health, Safety environmental legislation.
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
21. The ability to use initiative and think outside the box with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
22. Good technical report writing skills
