Are you an experienced Bar, Entertainment, or Restaurant Manager looking for a new opportunity?
We are currently recruiting for a Manager of a licensed entertainment bar in Cannock.
What will the role include?
This position will involve working shifts which are divided into either 9am - 5pm or 5pm onwards, dependent on discussion. You will be responsible for the running of the bar, which will include (but is not limited to):
1. Managing entertainment and bookings
2. Managing all staff and subcontractors (responsible for direct staff)
3. Creating weekly rotas and checking staff hours at the end of the week
4. Ordering stock from suppliers and ensuring stock levels are maintained
5. Ensuring sufficient levels of cash are both maintained and correct
6. Confirming all end of day figures and organizing receipts
7. Ensuring membership rules are adhered to and that all entries are kept up to date on the membership computer
What will you need to be considered for the position of Bar Manager?
1. Experience managing a team in either a bar, club, or restaurant
2. Previous key holder experience
3. Hold a personal license (desirable) but can apply without
4. Have own transport and live locally to Cannock (desirable)
5. Self-motivated, sociable, and possess strong communication skills
6. Well-presented
7. Computer literate
8. Responsible for maintaining social media sites
