Role: Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015, Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one's skin.
During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Social Media Executive, you will help our Social team foster a deeply connected and engaged community. As the brand continues to evolve and introduce new categories and brand vision, our socials are an incredibly impactful tool to bring this to life in a way that connects with our audience and brings them on the journey with us, in a way that feels native and relatable, yet aspirational and premium.
Our social platforms are the eyes into the brand and the ears on the ground to community sentiment. It is the home to conversation, brand visibility, behind Lounge insights and content consumption - whether that be entertaining, engaging, or emotive. On social, we can do and be everything within the brand's personality and values. We can show her who we really are.

What you will do at Lounge:
* Execute social content creation, through briefing, planning, editing, and posting.
* Alignment and implementation of Meta strategies.
o Development of Instagram concepts, including and not limited to, Instagram feed, stories, and broadcast, as well as Facebook in line with the overall strategy set by the Head of Social.
* Create & Capture content in-house, such as flatlays & studio shoots (where relevant).
* Arrange & schedule a full calendar of content to be posted via Sprout Social, to go live at various times throughout the week.
* Post on channels manually out of usual working hours where needed, where automated posting isn't possible due to business needs.
* Work with the wider social and brand team to ensure all content across platforms aligns with the overall strategy & direction of the brand.
* Complete research across social media channels, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook, on a regular basis to ensure that we are on-trend and remain relevant.
* Work with our Partnerships team to curate influencer content to be used as part of campaigns, new product releases & sale periods.
* Partner with our Language Manager to ensure all channel copy is translated on time and aligns with our brand tone.
* Work with our Internal Design team to create both still & video content that aligns with Lounge's creative vision to be posted across our channels - more specifically our story strategy.
* Engage with Lounge's community on all Meta platforms through post comments, to ensure we are boosting brand awareness & remain in touch with our community.

* Are Lounge obsessed.
* Stay up to date with all current trends on socials.
* Are confident working with all Meta platforms & their internal analytics platforms.
* Are super organised and proactive.
* Have experience supporting on capturing content on shoot days, both in the studio and on location.
* Have a keen eye for brands and influential accounts on Social, and the know-how to push boundaries and help us take the brand to the next level.
* Have a naturally creative mind & love creating content of all forms.
* Are detail-oriented.
* Have an eye for copy, and are confident writing both short & longer form content.
* Have experience working with Social Media Scheduling platforms (Sprout Social is ideal).
* Flexible and adaptable to change - whether that's parking your to-dos for the morning to quickly jump on a trend, or taking new social/brand directions.
* Enjoy working in a collaborative environment, but are also confident in managing your own projects from time-to-time.
* Are proficient in using programs like CapCut.
