- OTE's £30,000
- Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm.
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Newly Purchased Garage who are currently recruiting for a Service / Parts Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bognor Regis area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service / Parts Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Their minimum requirements for a Service / Parts Advisor are as follows:
- Previous experience as a Service or Parts Advisor is preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and repairs
- Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., parts management systems)
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
As a Service / Parts Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:
- Greet customers professionally and assist with service bookings
- Manage parts enquiries and orders to ensure timely and accurate availability
- Liaise with technicians and service team to coordinate repair schedules
- Provide updates and advice to customers on service progress
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 with OTE of circa £30,000.
