We are currently hiring for the position of Service Coordinator with our client based in Sevenoaks. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's maintenance services and manage all relevant administration for this busy team. Responsibilities: Pre-plan maintenance visits for field-based engineers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Deal with customer enquiries and breakdowns over the phone, providing excellent customer service. Liaise with engineers on the phone to assist with scheduling and coordination. Prepare RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) for engineer's site visits. Ensure that all activities comply with our client's HSE policies and procedures. Administration tasks including logging of information for jobs, accurate input of contact information and updates, training course administration for engineers etc Requirements: Experience in planning pre-planned maintenance / scheduling work is essential. Strong administration skills gained within similar industry. (Engineering/Manufacturing/Maintenance/Instillation) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the creativity to find effective solutions.
