Would you like to be a part of an exciting initiative, protecting the future health of expectant mothers?
Then, this opportunity is for you!
These posts have become available due to an exciting development in the Community and School Aged Immunisation (CSAIS) Teams. CSAIS has been tasked with producing a small specialist team of vaccinating practitioners for our Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Vaccination Programme in Maternity Units across the East of England, as well as supplementing the core CSAIS Vaccination Programme.
This 12 month, fixed term post will be fully operational from September 2024. Along with core CSAIS Vaccines you will be providing a county wide service to mothers receiving maternity care from hospitals in Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich.
The role will require the successful candidates to travel and so you must hold a full valid driving license and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
There will be occasions when you will have to work outside of Suffolk to support the service delivery.
