We have an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the team at Cooneen at Work, Fivemiletown on a permanent basis. The successful person will be managing the Contract and Account Management Team to ensure that current contracts are maximised in terms of sales and margin, contractual KPIs and SLAs are met, customer service and satisfaction targets are achieved and contracts retained. Responsibilities Be the Cooneen values champion and direct the commercial team to live by the business values. Maximise contribution and minimising risk within your business area. Set and ensuring achievement of sales and gross margin targets for existing contracts and existing accounts in their allocated business area.?? Preparation, submission, and control of overhead budget. Establish excellent relationships with key decision makers in the customer base and encourage and facilitate the Account team to achieve the same with their contacts.?? Managing the delivery of all contractual requirements, SLAs and KPIs for existing and new contracts in their allocated business area.?? Ensure that any customer complaints and issues escalated from the AMs are resolved correctly and any corrective actions required are implemented.? Set KPI’s and objectives for each member of the team in line with the company and group values. Monitor performance against these objectives and take action to address variances as appropriate.? Constantly challenge and empower the Account Management team to derive maximum commercial value / sales from existing accounts, either through value engineering, cross selling or up selling or cost efficiencies during the lifetime of the contract.??? In conjunction with the Account Managers, oversee account review meetings with your client accounts to ensure they are being serviced to the required level and proactive, developmental, innovative action plans are in place for each account.?? Produce management reports on a weekly and monthly basis as requested. Produce a weekly update for submission to the Senior Contracts Manager.? This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Requirements Essential Proven experience in a similar Accounts Management role in a business to business capacity. Team Management Experience Proficient in the use of full Microsoft Office suite to include excel and PowerPoint Ability to review and analyse reports for forecasting and performance management.
