We are looking for an experienced customer services person who can work as an Inbound Call Coordinator within a busy call centre in Daventry to work on a full-time basis on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will work 8PM-7AM and they are open 7 days a week so you MUST be able to work weekends.
You will be taking calls from social services, police, and other official bodies and are expected to handle the call, book appropriate adults to attend interviews, and manage a diary.
There will be use of computers, lots of inbound calls, and it's a very fast-paced environment working within a smaller team.
To be considered you MUST be local to Daventry, reliable enough to work the shift pattern, have excellent communication skills, good personal organization, and be willing to see problems without competition.
What you will be doing:
* Handling online bookings/pre-bookings and managing a chat forum
* Entering all essential information into systems in an accurate and timely manner
* Taking important inbound calls
* Providing the highest standard of customer service at all times
This role offers you:
