Role: Office Administrator
Location: Hereford, Herefordshire
Hourly Rate: £15ph
Duration: 11 Months
Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri (37hrs-45hrs a week)
Duties:
1. Liaise with suppliers to source appropriate files/documents
2. Document control/management
3. Create the operation & maintenance manual (Training will be provided)
Requirements:
1. A good level of competency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
2. The ideal candidate MUST be reliable & have savvy admin skills
3. Experience with managing files/documents
4. Excellent organisational skills & time management
5. The ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels as you will be dealing with a variety of people.
6. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or another relevant role.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
