Our goal is to turn influencers into industry leaders by handling the strategy, execution, and backend operations so they can focus on creating content.
As our Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of execution, ensuring that ideas, strategies, and campaigns are transformed into structured workflows, tasks, and meetings. Your job is to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes—no detail is too small, and no process is too big for you to manage!
Key Responsibilities
1. Task & Project Management
✅ Take high-level ideas and strategies from leadership and break them down into actionable tasks using ClickUp.
✅ Assign tasks to the right team members, set deadlines, and ensure everything stays on track.
✅ Create repeatable workflows & SOPs to streamline operations.
2. Meeting Coordination & Scheduling
✅ Organize internal and external meetings on Google Meet with influencers, team members, and partners.
✅ Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up with action items to ensure tasks are completed.
3. Communication & Follow-Ups
✅ Act as the bridge between influencers, team members, and stakeholders, making sure everyone is aligned.
✅ Send updates, reminders, and progress reports on projects and key initiatives.
✅ Follow up with relevant people to ensure deadlines are met.
4. Content & Campaign Execution Support
✅ Assist in organizing content calendars, campaign launches, and brand collaborations for influencers.
✅ Ensure all deliverables for social media, marketing, and brand partnerships are completed on time.
5. Process Optimization & Efficiency
✅ Identify bottlenecks and improve operational workflows to enhance team productivity.
✅ Implement new tools or automation strategies to simplify processes and reduce manual work.

Requirements:
✔ Experience using ClickUp for task management and project execution.
✔ Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles.
✔ Strong understanding of task prioritization, workflow automation, and process improvement.
