Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a company that offers market leading financial and professional services to UHNWI/HNWI clients.
The company is an established name in the industry and at an exciting point of growth.
The offices are based in central London. The company offers hybrid working, but you will be expected to be flexible on travel (particularly in to central London) at short notice for client meetings, events and at least one office day per week.
This is a New Business focused role where you will be targeted on the clients you bring to the company. This is not a long term relationship management role, the ongoing relationships with clients is managed by a separate team.
Role responsibilities:
Work closely with the wider business development and marketing teams on new client acquisition strategies
Network and follow up on leads with interested clients, advising them on the services and expertise of the company and walking them through the onboarding and contract signing processes
Work to gain a deep understanding of the client's individual needs
Be aware of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the company positions itself effectively in the market and the evolving needs of clients can be met
Ensure that new clients are onboarded to the high standard required in terms of customer experience, company processes and industry compliance requirements
The successful candidate for this role must possess the following:
Significant experience of working in the UHNWI/HNWI industry (specifically related to financial and professional services offerings) with a background of securing new clients in a business development/face-to-face capacity
Knowledge of different tax jurisdictions
Knowledge of relevant risk and compliance procedures
Can demonstrate ability to navigate complex processes and effectively manage workload
Ability to travel as required and you must be within a short commute of central London
As well as basic salary the role will be eligible for individual and company bonuses.
