We are currently looking for a Sales and Distribution Coordinator to join our friendly C&H Readymix ‘RMX’ team based at our Costessey site close to Norwich. This role is easily commutable Norwich, Dereham, Fakenham, Drayton, Taverham, Aylsham, Wymondham, Cringleford, Attleborough, Spixworth, Poringland and the surrounding areas.

Role Responsibility
As the Sales and Distribution Coordinator you will have worked in a similar industry providing either internal or external sales and distribution support to your wider team and the Tarmac group.
Other responsibilities for this role will include (not exhaustive):
1. Sales and distribution of our Readymix ‘RMX’ product range to our customers
2. Supporting the raising and pricing of quotes that will process to order conversion or query resolutions
3. Work with the team converting enquiries into orders, respond to sales calls and emails
4. Accurately process all order information and respond positively and confidently to our customers' requests, orders, scheduling and planning to ensure timely delivery of orders agreed with our customers optimising cost through effective planning
5. Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers
6. Prioritise and multitask daily duties
7. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
8. Engage with the customer to better understand requirements by developing and demonstrating industry-leading product knowledge which will help you to attain and proactively keep abreast of new trends/products in the market by attending product and vendor training, researching and even self-study
Please note: Due to the location of the site, you would have to be able to travel to the work location without the use of public transport
The Ideal Candidate
It is preferred that the successful candidate for the role of Sales and Distribution Coordinator will be experienced in the following:
9. SAP, CRM and Microsoft IT systems
10. Working collaboratively with the existing team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard
11. Showing a positive attitude, building rapport and positive relationships with customers and internal colleagues
12. Being proactive to learn new skills and achieve your own personal goals, as well as business goals
