The Role:
As a Marketing Delivery Manager, you will report to the Head of Existing Customer Marketing and take responsibility for the project management and delivery coordination of multi-channel marketing initiatives for our existing customer base.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliant and effective delivery across multiple channels and products, while driving process efficiency and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
As a Marketing Delivery Manager, you will:
* Project Management: Coordinate daily delivery of multi-channel promotional, service, and regulatory activities through CRM channels including email, direct mail, push notifications, and In-App.
* Strategic Delivery: Lead the delivery of regulatory communication programs and complex marketing projects requiring collaboration across disciplines and with third-party suppliers.
* Process Transformation: Review and redesign marketing processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and team capacity utilization.
* Technology & Tools: Oversee the specification, implementation, and adoption of marketing and project management tools.
* Budget Oversight: Plan and manage team financial resources, including budgets, invoicing, and payments.
* Supplier Management: Ensure strong governance of creative, production, and technology suppliers.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain procedures, systems, and operational manuals to support marketing activities.

Experience:
* Project or program management experience in a marketing context.
* Managing relationships with third-party marketing service providers.
* Budget management and cost control expertise.
* Creating marketing processes and managing risks.
Skills:
* Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong understanding of marketing channels.
* Knowledge of financial services marketing and associated regulations.
* High commercial acumen and numeracy for forecasting.
* Effective influencing and collaboration skills across all levels.
The interview process:
* 30-minute call with Talent Acquisition.
* Up to 1 hour technical and competency-based interview with the Hiring Manager.
* 30-minute presentation with our Senior Manager and a colleague.
