We’re currently looking for 2 x Senior Business Analysts on a full time, 24 month fixed term contract basis. This position sits within our Transformation team. The team is primarily based in Glasgow but we are remote first and open to candidates based across the UK. This is a new role, supplementing our core team and acting as a trouble shooter, providing support when projects have pinch points and picking up and leading on analysis. If you like variety – this is the role for you The Job Reporting to the Lead BA, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following: Deliver business analysis services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiative Contribute to the development of the Business Analysis Practice by undertaking Continuous Professional Development and identifying and implementing changes to BA services and deliverables Lead shaping of changes, understanding business drivers and clearly articulating the business need for change Coach, mentor and manage the performance of Business Analysts (both permanent and contingent workers).
