Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to support our client's team with administrative tasks related to customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, managing orders and returns, and ensuring accurate data entry within the company database.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via email, ensuring accurate, clear, and timely communication.
Update and maintain customer records in the company database to ensure data integrity.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless processing of customer orders and returns.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism, efficiency, and a solutions-focused approach.
Provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the customer service team.
Experience & Skills Required:
GCSE passes in Mathematics and English
Experience in a customer service environment, 1 + years
Ability to analyse complex complaints and customer feedback issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
