5 days per week – Fixed Term Secondment

Required for September 2025 to JULY 2026.
We are looking for an outstanding primary practitioner to join our leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced teacher to gain leadership experience with an excellent team. If you want challenge and to help progress your career, this may be the opportunity you are looking for.
This post will be a fixed-term secondment to cover an existing TLR holder progressing to the role of Acting Assistant Headteacher. You will be a TLR2 holder with a full-time teaching role.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead and manage Assessment and Progression.
• Support and Lead with ongoing curriculum development.
What experience will you need?
• First and foremost, you will need to be a consistently excellent teacher.
• You will need a minimum of three years of teaching experience.
• You will need to be energetic, committed, and passionate about education.
• You will need experience leading and managing an area of learning.
