Condor, a division of Fieldfisher LLP, is looking for a highly motivated, analytical and enthusiastic individual to join its eDiscovery team which operates within a dynamic European law firm.
As a Case Manager, you will have a leading role in delivering and assisting in the delivery of eDiscovery enabled projects as well as train and mentor junior members of the team and help to develop and share technical, strategic and practical know-how on eDiscovery. We are a small, but growing team who are proactive, and solution oriented and work collaboratively with Fieldfisher lawyers, clients and vendors.
You will be expected to keep up to date with developments and will have the opportunity to attend seminars and presentations on relevant services and technology, ensuring such knowledge is shared across the eDiscovery team.

Key Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for successful management and delivery of eDisclosure, DSAR and data breach projects (Projects) using eDiscovery technology within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the eDiscovery team's standard operating procedures.
* Process material received in various formats including native and load file mapping and ingestion as well as exception handling.
* Set-up and customise review platforms, run searches, cull data, create review batches, customise coding templates, create user roles and related permission settings.
* Carry out native and load file productions according to specifications.
* Serve as a point of contact for service and technical issues.
* Resolve first line support queries and, where necessary, work with the relevant vendor to resolve second line support queries and technical issues.
* Take initiative of trouble shooting issues and errors.
* Ensure that complete and accurate records are being maintained with regard to the status of each project that you work on.
* Assist with the collection and reporting of statistics.
* Provide training and support to junior members of the eDiscovery team, Fieldfisher lawyers and clients.
* Provide technical and project support on all phases of a disclosure exercise.
* Build relationships with and instruct Condor's eDiscovery vendors.
* Contribute to eDiscovery team operating procedures, know-how and training.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree – preferably in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Security or Computer Forensics.
* Knowledge of the EDRM
* An understanding of the principles set out in the ACPO good practice guide for digital evidence.
* eDiscovery project management experience with a service provider, consultancy, government agency or law firm.
* Experience of using eDiscovery products such as Everlaw and/or Relativity for processing, review and production.
* Strong desire to continue to develop technical skills as required by the role.
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Quality assurance and customer service experience.
