Summary We are currently seeking a 1:1 Support Assistant to work with a lovely Year One student. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Role Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to a Year One student on a daily basis.
* Assist with classroom activities and individual learning needs.
* Support the child with their emotional and social development.
* Work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement learning plans.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in an educational setting.
* Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children.
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
