Role: Regional Manager – Yorkshire
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £60,000 + Mileage + Bonus

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee five well-rated residential care homes across Yorkshire. All homes have recently achieved Good CQC ratings, but we need a proactive leader to push them further.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Driving occupancy – identifying opportunities to grow and maximize resident numbers.
Challenging complacency – supporting and holding home managers accountable to deliver top-tier care and business performance.
Getting stuck in – this is a hands-on role; we need someone who leads by example.
Ensuring financial sustainability – working closely with home managers to optimize budgets and resources.
Maintaining compliance and quality – upholding and exceeding regulatory and internal standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Regional Manager / Operations Manager in residential care.
Strong leadership skills – able to motivate, support, and challenge home managers effectively.
Track record of increasing occupancy and improving business performance.
A problem-solver who isn’t afraid to make tough decisions and take decisive action.
Full UK driving licence – frequent travel between sites required.
