WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING The role sits within our Brand Experience Division at Wasserman Live, which is a key part of our offering. Having seen continued growth YoY, this is an extremely busy and diverse area of the Wasserman live business that delivers throughout the UK. This is a senior position, and you will be given the responsibility and accountability in keeping with this level. The role of Senior Director is to provide comprehensive senior management support and direction to the account team, the client business they work on, and new business opportunities. Specifics • Always striving to create best in class brand experiences, through strategic thinking, creative innovation and world class execution. • Ensure the team delivers the highest standards of client servicing and that they are consistently maintained at all times, Offering and implementing positive and effective solutions, guidance and management support. • Leading by example, promote a culture of positivity, inclusivity, development and knowledge sharing both within your individual team and across the wider offices and teams. • Drive consistency of approach and communication across all aspects of team deliverables, ensuring standardised project processes are adhered too across all accounts in line with the wider Client Services Team, from planning, budgeting and execution through to PCA’s, debriefs, learnings, financial reconciliation and case studies. • Ensure project budgets are management efficiently, effectively and margins are reviewed and maintained. Including financial reporting to line manager and team. • Oversee new client onboarding, to ensure these are properly resourced, KPIs are clearly identified, contract terms are understood and communicated to the account team, and high levels of service are demonstrated and rolled out to our clients. • Develop and maintain existing accounts and any pipeline of new business opportunities. Working closely with the relevant account handlers to create a development plan for key clients, to identify opportunities and targets beyond existing contracts, and agree best approach. • Ensure all legal requirements have been adhered to in the correct time on all projects, including additional insurances, H&S, T&Cs, client contracts, supplier agreements. • Respond, feed into, and lead (where appropriate and resource allows), on new opportunities and RFP submissions. • Ensure that the event schedule for the coming 12 months is correctly populated and monitored so that it's accurate and resourced accordingly, including on site management. • Identify and development of training requirements, across the following; Quest training, Workday, Project Management training, Budget training, recce training, Substrate training, live event experience. • • Identifying resource requirements, balancing the needs of the business to deliver brand experiences within the budget, utilizing internal or external project support. • Monitor the mix of permanent versus fixed term resource in order to balance the ongoing cost base of the business versus the need for continuity.
