We’re looking for a Senior Account Director with proven large scale integrated shoot experience to lead some of the biggest projects, partnering with senior partners and leading teams to plan and deliver industry leading creative ad campaigns. Deputise for the Head of Business, assisting with the running of the team and retained scope of work plus improving and implementing processes. Support the Account Directors and Account Managers in their day-to-day roles as an escalation point as well as a sounding board, to help them navigate the more complex issues within their projects. Be a key influencer and partner with internal and external teams to lead projects and deliver campaigns through Sky’s integrated outputs. Distil complex creative and business challenges into simple narratives and sell them in at Head of Department level and above that help achieve business goals. Present in a confident manner, manage feedback effectively and negotiate in a pragmatic way when required, while driving for clear and consolidated feedback. What you'll bring: Proven account management experience in leading high-profile, large-scale integrated campaigns and projects. Passion and enthusiasm for the power of creativity to help solve business problems with an ability to input strategically on briefs and influence the creative development. Leadership qualities; setting an example for the team and supporting their professional development. Good commercial understanding and proven experience running projects and accounts to budget and time. Ability to forward plan and think big picture as well as being able to support with the detail; a thorough understanding of what’s involved in creative development and delivery – managing internal teams to support and deliver on time and to the required standard. The ability to maintain a high-level, customer-focused, strategic outlook but get into the detail when an issue requires it.
