As we continue to expand our reach in the market, we're looking for an experienced, driven Account Executive to join our team and help grow our customer base.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work directly with prospects, from initial lead engagement to closing deals. Your focus will be on understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored solutions to improve their operations. You will play a key role in our sales team, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and business objectives, and position our solutions to address those needs, highlighting key features such as scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including executives, IT directors, and customer service leaders, across a wide variety of industries.
* Product Knowledge: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our CCaaS, UCaaS and Communication solutions and competitive offerings in order to effectively position and differentiate our solution in the market.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline, managing all opportunities within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
* Negotiation & Closing: Lead product demos, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals. Be adept at handling objections and addressing customer concerns to drive successful outcomes.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales process, ensuring customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to position the company effectively and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in New Business B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience selling SaaS, cloud-based communication solutions, or contact centre technology (CCaaS experience is a strong plus).
* Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track sales activity and manage the pipeline.
* A self-starter with a passion for sales, a competitive mindset, and a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
* Familiarity with the contact centre industry, customer experience trends, and cloud technologies is highly preferred.
