Site Manager required in Camborne
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a new build housing project. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and overseeing the construction site, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure project timelines are met.
* Monitoring and controlling project costs and budgets.
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
* Liaising with clients, architects, and project managers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
* Conducting site inspections and providing progress reports.
* Ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in new build housing projects.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* CSCS Card (Construction Site Safety) and SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) are essential.
* First Aid certification is a plus.
* Experience with project management software is advantageous.
