Business Development Executive
Basic Salary - Up to £27k
OTE - £45,000
Bridgend (Hybrid 2 days in the office)
Yolk Recruitment is working on behalf of a provider of cloud-based accounting software in search of a Business Development Executive to join their rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology and a proven track record of success in sales.
This will be a new business-focused role, working from warm leads. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the motivation to exceed targets. A consultative sales approach and eagerness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential new customers through outbound sales activities.
2. Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chats.
3. Convert warm leads.
4. Respond to prospect inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required skills:
1. B2B Sales experience.
2. Software sales (ideally).
3. New business focused.
4. Proven track record in sales.
5. Consultative sales approach.
6. Team player.
7. Excellent communication skills.
Benefits:
1. Basic salary of £22k - £27k.
