Job summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Continuing Care Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and business support functions for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Funded Nursing Care (FNC), and Complex Care service delivery. This is a pivotal role, where you will plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate business and administration systems, ensuring compliance with national frameworks and NHS guidelines. You will lead and manage key processes including financial governance, personal health budgets, NHS-funded care, and the development of systems to improve service delivery, compliance, and data management. You will also be responsible for developing processes that support financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting, while working closely with internal teams, external providers, and key stakeholders. Main duties of the job Manage administrative, clinical, and finance systems to ensure accuracy and reliability in NHS Continuing Healthcare and associated services. Oversee Personal Health Budgets, CHC funding decisions, challenges and appeals, and domiciliary care provisions. Develop and maintain information pathways to reduce inaccuracies in financial data and service delivery. Support the Strategic Business Manager and Head of Continuing Care with key financial data, commitment reports, and decision-making processes. Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and business continuity plans in line with national standards.
