What You Will Do Join our Major Projects Group, where teams across the UK and Ireland deliver high-quality projects in various sectors. We specialize in fire suppression (including sprinkler systems), fire detection, life safety, building management systems, security, and integrated solutions for end users, developers, and contractors. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide 2nd line support for field engineers and clients, ensuring the maintenance and servicing of digital CCTV and electronic security systems, building management, and AV systems across customer sites in London, the southeast, and beyond. How You Will Do It In this role, you will have hands-on experience with IP Access Control systems, including single, multisite, and enterprise systems. You will enhance your knowledge of audio-visual systems, such as audio/video recorders and video walls, while managing a diverse customer base remotely or onsite. Regular communication with the Technical Services Manager, the Service Administration team, and the UK Service Manager is essential to provide updates and seek support when needed.
