Are you an empathetic and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant dedicated to supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team in Bradford, providing essential support to pupils and staff in vibrant school settings.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support children with a variety of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies and foster positive relationships and coping skills.
- Adapt learning materials and activities to ensure accessibility for all pupils.
- Maintain detailed records of pupil progress, working in partnership with teachers, parents, and external specialists.
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a primary or secondary school environment.
- A strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and inclusive practices.
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families, and professionals.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting pupil development.
- Relevant qualifications in SEN support or child development (preferred but not essential).

- Pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in some cases.
