The Commercial Market Manager, is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of integrated marketing plans aligned to the commercial market segments.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Planning, developing and implementing marketing communications strategy and plans that are data and insight driven to meet customer needs and drive business value.
2. Delivering marketing plans and activities across the full Marketing mix, including direct marketing, content marketing, social media, digital marketing, sales collateral, advertising, events, telemarketing, videos and research.
3. Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities to drive brand awareness, engagement & conversion, interpreting results and data to recommend future marketing activity.
4. Responsible for ensuring consistent brand representation amongst internal and external customers.
5. Developing close working relationships with marketing counterparts at key partners developing and implementing marketing plans by each key account/partner.
