Within the Global Mobility team, the Global Mobility Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance based on immigration and relocation regulations, along with the daily work that comes along with that. What you’ll do: Visa case management for the Middle East Case management for permanent transfer in Europe and APAC (on a need basis) Case management for business travelers to Europe and APAC (on a need basis) Maintenance of immigration files Liaise with the immigration attorneys on government inquiries Address immigration questions from the HRs and business (e.g., sponsorship of interns and/or contractors etc.) Work closely with the Global Mobility manager to create, maintain or update Policy/process documentation (e.g., employee processes, standardize communications) Work with the immigration attorneys to create reporting documents to disseminate to the HRPs/businesses (e.g., quarterly divisional dashboards of visa holders) Work with the internal HRPs/HRAs for data validation on immigration support documentation, obtain required signatures on certain immigration documents, Coordinate with outside immigration counsel and recruiting teams to process mandatory pre- filing requirements for sponsorship. Other immigration related items What you’ll need: Experience in an global mobility- immigration capacity Professional service experience preferred Basic immigration knowledge (i.e. Middle East specifically) Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail – an ability to review data, detect and correct errors, take responsibility for data quality Good communication and relationship management skills; Client service focus, responsiveness & a "can-do" open-minded attitude Strong organizational skills, proactive approach and ability to work well independently or in a team environment Understands the importance of confidentiality Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Good judgment – knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible Familiar with operating as part of a global team Strong Excel skills preferred Experience in the mobility field is preferred although not essential LI-CS6 Who are we?
