All roles are starting ASAP and previous SEN/SEMH experience is desirable. About You: Qualifications: Hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it. Degree or equivalent, with Maths and English to at least Level 2. Specialist teaching qualification in a chosen subject (desirable). Experience: Experience teaching across the secondary age range, with a proven track record as a creative and adaptable teacher who inspires and motivates students Knowledge: Understanding of equality of opportunity, safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion issues, particularly in alternative education settings that serve vulnerable populations. Management & Organization Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage student behaviour effectively and demonstrate a commitment to pastoral care in an alternative education setting.
