About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
1. Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay engaged in learning.
2. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, maintaining a positive classroom environment.
3. Manage student behaviour effectively, following school policies.
4. Support students in their learning, offering guidance when needed.
5. Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders, contributing to the wider school community.
