The Opportunity- As Gattaca Solutions’ Director of Services Procurement you will spearhead the ongoing development and delivery of our Services Procurement Outsourcing (SPO) solution offering. Our solution delivers end-to-end services management, giving total visibility, governance and coordination of non-categorised, locally-procured services spend. This includes management of technical consultancies, sub-contractors and SoW suppliers, supporting our clients from initial requirements triage and SoW drafting to supplier procurement, performance management and optimisation. Working collaboratively with leadership, group support and service delivery teams, you will support client sales efforts and upskill sales and operational communities on the product offering. You’ll be responsible for delivery teams, technology systems, client relationships and operational excellence across all SPO customers. Responsibilities: Product development & innovation: Working with leadership, group support & sales operations to own the ongoing development of our product, strategy and proposition for SPO. Product champion: Collaborating internally to deliver product sales training and supporting client consultations as the key internal champion and expert on SPO. Positioning yourself as an external industry expert, supporting product marketing and building beneficial industry networks to influence your product development and sales. Systems & supply chain: Leading strategic partnerships with suppliers and systems providers to support best-in-class SPO delivery. Deploying & utilising technology to manage client supply chains through MSAs and SoWs to enable high quality delivery against client requirements. Service implementation: Overseeing service implementation, from systems & process design to supply chain & team mobilisation for successful delivery within the required timescales. Overseeing client-specific process & systems design to support their unique processes, policy requirements, compliance measures and risk appetite. Service delivery: Holding overarching accountability for the SPO service provision, including contractual obligations, performance, compliance and continuous improvement measures. Owning internal people management, budgets and tools to ensure optimal resource allocation for quality service delivery and profitability. Client relationship management: Being the key senior relationship manager across the SPO client portfolio, working to promote high client satisfaction through regular communication, consultation and performance monitoring. Remaining engaged with executive leadership, procurement and client operational buyers as our main buyers and service user communities. Continuous improvement: Overseeing both product and client-specific continuous improvement plans to enable increasing value by supporting data-driven strategic procurement initiatives. Demonstrating reliable data on services procurement spend and savings to customers, as a key desired service outcome. Key Skills: Prior experience developing and delivering Services Procurement Outsourcing (SPO) solution offerings. Experience in strategic procurement & supply chain management would be beneficial, preferably around professional services, temporary labour our consultancy services An understanding of workforce solutions, Statements of Work and the market factors affecting client decision processes around skills and services acquisition.
